Leaving The Mark Hotel on Tuesday, the 37-year-old stepped out sporting a vintage Courrèges Haute Couture black coat from 1965, which had been sourced from William Vintage - the second piece of retro outerwear Meghan has discovered through the British retailers.
Meghan stuck to her signature monochrome tones, pairing the flattering peplum coat with a pair of skinny black maternity jeans by Hatch, a brand founded by mother-of-two Ariane Goldman.
The look was accessorised with an affordable pair of £57 sunglasses by Le Specs, as well as Meghan's favourite Stuart Weitzman beige heels and a Carolina Herrera shoulder bag.
Being the ultimate city girl, Meghan later did a quick change for the evening, which saw the duchess hit up Ralph Lauren's restaurant, the Polo Bar.
Meghan opted for a classic all-black ensemble, dressing up the same black jeans with a tailored longline Victoria Beckham coat, which she first debuted on Christmas Day in 2018 along with a Stella McCartney handbag.
She did, however, debut a new pair of statement boots. The £532 haircalf mid calf boots are by British fashion designer and Jimmy Choo co-founder, Tamara Mellon.
