Meghan Markle has been praised for making a "smart" decision about her royal baby before it has even arrived.
The Duchess of Sussex will welcome her first child with Prince Harry any day now, but they've decided to do things their own way.
Usually royal couples share details about the birth in advance, meaning well-wishers and members of the media wait outside the hospital waiting for news.
But Meghan and Harry have made the "personal decision" to keep the details to themselves , saying they will share their happy news once they've celebrated privately.
While many people respect their decision, others are disappointed - but one royal expert believes the couple have been very clever with their choice.
Bonnie Greer said: "She has been very smart to get ahead, get out front, we’re going to shape this narrative", reports the Express .
"When it is time for our baby to be born, we’re going to show you this baby’s picture.
"We’re going to share these pictures with you.
"We’re going to have this baby when we are ready to have this baby."
Meghan and Harry announced their decision via a statement earlier this month .
It read: "The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very grateful for the goodwill they have received from people throughout the United Kingdom and around the world as they prepare to welcome their baby.
"Their Royal Highnesses have taken a personal decision to keep the plans around the arrival of their baby private.
"The Duke and Duchess look forward to sharing the exciting news with everyone once they have had an opportunity to celebrate privately as a new family."
