Meghan Markle has joined forces with Netflix to make an animated show.
She'll act as executive producer on the show about a young girl's adventures with the working title Pearl.
The show was announced today by Archewell Productions, her company with husband Prince Harry.
The animated series, being developed by the streaming giant, will be a family series focusing on the adventure of a 12-year-old girl.
The young character will be inspired by a variety of influential women from throughout history.
The Duchess of Sussex, who shares children Archie and Lilibet with her husband, is set to act as executive producer alongside Elton John's husband David Furnish, Carolyn Soper, and Emmy Award-winning filmmakers Liz Garbus and Dan Cogan.
Amanda Rynda will serve as the show's executive producer and showrunner.
Back in April, Meghan and Harry shared details of their first Netflix show after signing a multi-million dollar deal with the platform.
The couple revealed that their first show would be a docuseries about Harry's Invictus Games.
Called Heart of Invictus, it will follow competitors as they prepare for the upcoming 2022 games.
Harry, who is patron of the Invictus Games Foundation, is set to make an appearance in the show as well as act as the series' executive producer.
He said: "Since the very first Invictus Games back in 2014, we knew that each competitor would contribute in their own exceptional way to a mosaic of resilience, determination, and resolve.
"This series will give communities around the world a window into the moving and uplifting stories of these competitors on their path to the Netherlands next year.
"As Archewell Productions’ first series with Netflix, in partnership with the Invictus Games Foundation, I couldn’t be more excited for the journey ahead or prouder of the Invictus community for continuously inspiring global healing, human potential and continued service."
It was actually during the Invictus Games in 2017 that Harry first introduced Meghan as his girlfriend.
Meghan's new family show will perhaps be similar to her recent children's book The Bench.
The book went on to become a New York Times bestseller, and Meghan sent out a message to thank everyone who had bought it.
She wrote the book as "a love letter" to Prince Harry and their son Archie.
