Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have trademarked a number of products and services, including a newspaper and a magazine, it has emerged.
The royal couple submitted trademarks for more than 100 items using the Sussex Royal 'brand', including clothing with sportswear, dresses, headbands and jackets all on the list.
The application was submitted in June this year and published last week by the Intellectual Property Office.
Newspapers and magazines came under the 'printed matter' section, which also lists newsletters, diaries, calendars and textbooks as potential future products.
Under 'clothing', the couple want to put their trademark on any or all of the following; socks, scarves, gloves, hoodies, pyjamas and bandanas.
A section under 'social care services' lists mentoring, consultancy and counselling.
The scores of trademarks cover a wide range of bases, but don't necessarily mean they'll be used - just that the couple have the option to.
Nevertheless, the list of goods and services hint at a very busy 2020 as the pair continue to forge their own identity that stands apart from the 'core' royals.
Meghan and Prince Harry are currently enjoying a six-week break in Vancouver with their baby son Archie.
The palace announced the couple had turned down the Queen's invitation to spend Christmas at Sandringham last month, and it emerged they would be spending the day in Canada instead.
The Sussexes, who have spent the last two Christmases at Sandringham, followed in Kate and William's footsteps by skipping the royal celebrations.
A palace aide said: "The decision to base themselves in Canada reflects the importance of this Commonwealth country to them both.
"The Duke of Sussex has been a frequent visitor to Canada over many years, and it was also home to The Duchess for seven years before she became a member of the Royal Family.
"They are enjoying sharing the warmth of the Canadian people and the beauty of the landscape with their young son."
Harry also missed Christmas in 2012 as he was on active duty in Afghanistan.
