Prince Harry and Meghan Markle haven't had much chance to get to know their neighbours since relocating to the United States, as they are already moving out.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are now living in Montecito, California after heading there in June 2020, following their decision to walk away from the Royal Family and their duties with the "institution".
Since they arrived in California, real estate sales in their neighbourhood have spiked, with prices rising sharply and neighbours have decided to cash in and sell up.
Forbes has reported that actor Rob Lowe's former home, which is within walking distance of Meghan and Harry's new abode, was placed on the market for a whopping $22.5million.
Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Property specialists have listed the property, which has seven bedrooms and 13 bathrooms.
There is also approximately 5.5 acres of space across the property and adjoining land.
Timothy Di Prizito of the real estate agency described it as: "An enchanting estate to inspire adventurers of all ages, this legacy property embodies the epitome of Montecito and Southern California."
Rob Lowe did well when he sold the house to billionaire Peter Sperling in 2005, as he raked in $25million for the property.
This house is very much like the one Harry and Meghan have, with it being designed to look like an English country manor.
There are large open fireplaces and high ceilings as well as traditional features throughout.
There are also two separate one-bedroom guesthouses as well as the main house along with staff quarters, laundry areas, restrooms and a state-of-the-art gym.
A cinema room, an office and a garage which can house eight vehicles are also located at the property.
Meghan and Harry's house boasts nine bedrooms and 16 bathrooms as well as a guesthouse with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The big draw to their neighbour's house is the master bedroom, which has its own private terrace, a bathroom with mirrored walls and a standalone tub as well as another bathroom with a slab-marble shower.
There is also a shoe closet, which is on its own level in the bedroom, if any of the above was not enough to tempt you into wanting the property.
