The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have posted a sweet message to their nephew Prince Louis to mark his first birthday.
Prince Harry and Meghan sent their birthday wishes to Louis, who turned one on Tuesday, after a series of adorable portraits of the youngster were posted on Kensington Palace's Instagram.
Replying to the @kensingtonroyal post, the expecting parents said they were sending “lots of love” to Louis.
The couple wrote: “Happy Birthday Louis! Sending lots of love from both of us xo”.
A birthday cake emoji and red balloon emoji also followed.
Clarence House also wished Louis a happy birthday on Instagram, alongside a family photo featuring the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall.
The post read: “Happy Birthday to Prince Louis, who turns one today. This photograph was taken to mark the Prince of Wales’s 70th birthday last year.”
Harry and Meghan’s birthday message comes as the couple are preparing to welcome their first child any day now.
Prince Louis Arthur Charles was born on St George's Day last year, April 23, at 11.01am, weighing 8lb 7oz.
He bears a clear resemblance to both his older brother, George, and his father, William, when they were a similar age.
Louis is fifth in line to the throne, a great-grandchild of the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh and a younger sibling of Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
