The couple, who stepped down from their Royal duties in 2018, will act as campaign chairs for the showbiz extravaganza.
Singer Selena will be taking to the stage as the host at the star-studded event put on by Global Citizen.
Newly-single J-Lo led the star-studded line-ups for performances as well as Eddie Vedder, H.E.R and FooFighters.
The trailer teased: "It's time to end the pandemic and reunite the world.
"But first everyone, everywhere needs confidence in the vaccine.

"Needs access to the vaccine."
Stars Ben Affleck, Chrissy Teigen, David Letterman, Gayle King, Jimmy Kimmel, Nomzamo Mbatha, Olivia Munn and Sean Penn have appearances scheduled for the event.
It has promised: "The Concert to Reunite the World is celebrating the hope that COVID-19 vaccines are offering families and communities around the world. We are calling on world leaders to step up to make sure vaccines are accessible for all so we can end the pandemic for everyone, everywhere."
Global Citizen Canada sent the waves through the showbiz circuit with their announcement.

They announced: "#VaxLive is almost here! On May 8, join us, @SelenaGomez, Prince Harry and Meghan, Duke and Duchess of Sussex, @JLo, @FooFighters, and more for a show with big names and an even bigger message: everyone, everywhere deserves access to a COVID-19 vaccine."
It will premiere on Saturday May 8.
News followed shortly after Prince Harry was named the chief impact officer (or Chimpo) of BetterUp.
The mental health company was founded in 2013.

Meghan and Harry have completely changed their lives after giving up their Royal duties in 2018 in the UK.
