Meghan Markle and Prince Harry announced they are expecting a baby with a beautiful black and white pregnancy announcement photo.
The couple's very modern reveal is in keeping with their new non-royal lives.
The picture, taken by their friend Misan Harriman, shows Meghan laying with her head in Harry's lap.
She is staring up at him lovingly, and he has his hand on her head.
Sharing the photo on social media, Misan wrote: "Meg, I was there at your wedding to witness this love story begin, and my friend, I am honoured to capture it grow.
"Congratulations to The Duke and Duchess of Sussex on this joyous news!"
Confirming the news, a spokesman for the couple said: "We can confirm that Archie is going to be a big brother.
"The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are overjoyed to be expecting their second child."
Meghan and Harry welcomed their first child, Archie, in 2019, a few months before they quit the royal family and moved to the US.
In July last year Meghan suffered a miscarriage, sharing a moving and powerful account later in the year.
She wrote: "It was a July morning that began as ordinarily as any other day: Make breakfast. Feed the dogs. Take vitamins. Find that missing sock. Pick up the rogue crayon that rolled under the table. Throw my hair in a ponytail before getting my son from his crib.
"After changing his diaper, I felt a sharp cramp. I dropped to the floor with him in my arms, humming a lullaby to keep us both calm, the cheerful tune a stark contrast to my sense that something was not right.
"I knew, as I clutched my firstborn child, that I was losing my second."
The happy news comes just days after Meghan won a privacy case against Associated Newspapers Limited over the publication of a handwritten letter she wrote her dad, Thomas Markle.
It's been a busy week for the royal family, as Harry's cousin Princess Eugenie gave birth to her first child on Tuesday.
She was seen leaving hospital with her husband Jack Brooksbank on Friday, and the proud new parents beamed and waved for cameras.
