Meghan Markle and Harry's new home is 'cute and warm' with 'better energy' than palace

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry 's new family home Frogmore Cottage is very different to their first house.

Before of the birth of baby Archie the couple lived in a small two-bedroom cottage within the walls of Kensington Palace, just a few doors down from the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and other members of the Royal Family .

But they now have a newly renovated large home in Windsor which is perfect for their little family, with 10 bedrooms, a yoga studio and of course a nursery.

And now a source has described their new home as "cute and warm", reports the People .

They continued: "The energy of the space is so much better [than Kensington Palace]. It's a total fresh start."

Meghan's mum Doria Ragland has been staying at Frogmore with the couple since before Archie was born, but she is now back in LA meaning the Sussex family are on their own.

However it's believed that her best pal Jessica Mulroney and her daughter Ivy are now in the UK to meet the royal baby for the first time.

Meghan and Harry celebrated their first wedding anniversary this weekend and released a number of new photos from their special day.

The black and white behind the scenes shots show intimate moments from the St George's Chapel celebration, including the groom's journey to the church.

The set included a cute new photo of Princess Charlotte and the other little bridesmaids getting ready to have the official pictures taken.

Last week one of Meghan's friends revealed that she believes the Duchess will be a strict mum.

Actress Janina Gavankar said: "I think Meghan is going to be strict and not in some intense way.

"But she is an incredibly practical person. She’s going to run a tight ship.

"[She’ll be] very hands-on, the way she would have been if she hadn’t married into the Royal Family."
