Meghan Markle Accused of Using Her Kids for Cash in Instagram Post

Meghan Markle faces fresh criticism after posting photos of her children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, on her Instagram. The Duchess of Sussex, who has previously spoken out about the need for privacy, is being accused of exploiting her kids for financial gain.

Royal expert Ingrid Seward quickly called out Meghan, pointing out her change in stance since 2020 when she and Prince Harry famously begged for privacy. “They begged for privacy, and now suddenly Meghan is flooding the marketplace with photographs of their children,” Seward said.

She didn’t stop there. Seward argued that Meghan’s social media activity seems driven by a desire to make money, questioning her motivations: “Everything they do online is aimed at them being able to make more money – otherwise, why on earth would they do it?”, reported the Express.

Seward also pointed to Meghan’s seemingly contradictory behavior, highlighting how the couple has been vocal about the negative impact the media can have on children. “Remember, they have spoken about the media and how damaging it can be for young kids, and the next thing you know, Meghan is posting quite personal and charming photos of her husband everywhere. It just doesn’t make sense,” Seward added.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex stepped back from royal duties in 2020, leaving the UK for California. It was shortly after their departure that they publicly accused the Royal Family of racism, particularly regarding how their son, Archie, was treated. Since relocating, the couple has built their life in California, where they welcomed their second child, Princess Lilibet.

The latest posts from Meghan have sparked a backlash, as critics suggest the couple may be cashing in on their children’s images to further their brand. Despite their past pleas for privacy, Harry and Meghan seem to be walking a fine line between protecting their family and profiting from their public lives.
