Megan Thee Stallion shot and 'grateful to be alive' after emergency surgery

Megan Thee Stallion has revealed she was shot and had emergency surgery to save her life.

The rapper, 25, took to Instagram to confirm the news on Wednesday night.

She said on Sunday she "suffered gunshot wounds" and she was rushed to hospital to get the bullets removed.

TMZ reported that Megan injured her foot at a Hollywood Hills party on Sunday.

She was seen leaving the party as a passenger in rapper Tony Lanez's car.

Lanez was arrested on the scene for gun possession after a weapon was found in his car.
