Megan Thee Stallion announces she’s taking a break and ‘recharging’ in futuristic fashion

Megan Thee Stallion knows how to make a statement.

The Grammy Award-winning hip hop star has apparently gone into hibernation just ahead of her big season.

On Thursday, a digitally enhanced, futuristic message appeared on the “Hot Girl Summer” rapper’s Instagram account with a message for her fan base.

“Megan Thee Stallion is recharging! Due to the demand of the Hot Girl lifestyle <Meg> has now entered a period of regeneration to prepare for what’s next,” the message reads. “In her absence, management will manage all social posting on behalf of Thee Hot Girl Coach.”

“Thee Hotties lead a brave resistance in anticipation for the return of their Fearless Captain,” it continued.

Another sci-fi-styled clip also appeared on the social media platform, which finds the artist sporting the same white bodysuit she wore on the visuals for her debut album, “Good News,” but breathing in what seemed like a hyperbaric chamber.

Megan Thee Stallion is coming off a whirlwind year that saw her make Billboard chart history with Beyonce (“Savage” remix) and Cardi B (“WAP”), be named to the Time 100 list and win three Grammy Awards.

All of this success happened in the midst of the Houston-bred hit-maker (whose real name is Megan Jovon Ruth Pete) being shot in her feet — which Canadian rapper Tory Lanez was later charged for.

“It’s been a hell of a year, but we made it,” she said during one of her Grammy acceptance speeches.

It’s unclear exactly what Megan Thee Stallion has up her sleeve, but she couldn’t contain herself and took to another social media platform after the mysterious Instagram posts.

“I’ll be back when it’s time,” she tweeted, keeping her millions of social media followers guessing.
