The rapper, 31, who was sporting some eye-wateringly long false nails and a rather fetching pair of silver shorts looked thrilled after winning Alternative Rock Song of the Year for his hit track, Bloody Valentine.
Megan, who can always be relied upon to turn up the heat, donned a skin-tight pink number as she got close to her beau following their various steamy displays including her crotch grabbing and sizzling dress on Sunday night.
The singer couldn't keep his hands off the mother-of-three as they were seen making out on the red carpet at the event.
Fox was typically oozing sex appeal wearing a risque black Mugler cutout dress while Kelly opted for a shirtless black tuxedo revealing his tattooed torso.
In a string of photos from the star-studded night, Megan and MGK put on a seriously steamy display with one another and in one snap, the actress grabbed him below the belt.
In another photo, the rapper is seen kissing his girlfriend passionately with his painted black tongue on display.
The star recently marked his one-year anniversary of the actress' love declaration with a sweet message.
Taking to Twitter, he announced that it has been exactly a year since the Jennifer's Body actress told him she loved him.
"She said 'i love you' one year ago today," the rapper and rocker tweeted out to his fans.
Megan, who was married to actor Brian Austin Green, took the world by storm when she announced her romance with the rapper last year.
The couple first hooked up in May 2020 after meeting on the set of Randall Emmett's directorial debut, Midnight In The Switchgrass.
Since going public with their relationship, the smitten duo have professed their love for each other in a multitude of strange ways, with MGK revealing he wears a vial of her blood on a necklace.
Megan said of their romance: "I knew right away that he was what I call a twin flame. Instead of a soul mate, a twin flame is actually where a soul has ascended into a high enough level that it can be split into two different bodies at the same time.
"So we're actually two halves of the same soul. And I said that to him almost immediately, because I felt it right away," she added.
Fox is currently locked in a custody battle for her and former husband of 10-years Brian Austin Green, for their three children.
While Kelly is also a parent to 12-year-old daughter Casie from a previous relationship.
