Megan Barton Hanson 'warns' Dele Alli (among others): 'Don't come near me'

Megan Barton Hanson has warned Dele Alli, and any other potential suitors, to back off after she was linked to the England footballer.

The pair met at London celeb hotspot Tape earlier this month.

But Barton Hanson has shut down any talk of romance, insisting “it wasn’t a thing”.

The Love Island star, who recently split from fellow contestant Wes Nelson, was grilled on the meeting with Alli by Roman Kemp.

Speaking on Capital Breakfast he said: “Right, this will interest the Spurs fans out there – you and Dele Alli, swapping shirts?”

Barton Hanson shouted “no” before he added: “We can say there are a lot of rumours out there…”

Keen to shut down any speculation, she replied: “It’s like every boy that’s in a metre radius of me I’m linked with. So just don’t come near me, everyone get back!

“We met, and that was it. But it was like whoever I speak to, they’re making it into a thing, and it wasn’t a thing.”

Wes Nelson opens up about Megan Barton Hanson break up

Her comments come days after a source told Standard Online that she is not looking for anything serious.

They said: “Megan is very flattered but she’s not looking for anything serious.”

Nelson said he was “chill” about his ex potentially being linked to Alli, telling The Sun he is “doing my own thing”.

The couple split last month after Barton Hanson accused Dancing on Ice bosses of sabotaging their relationship by pairing him with professional skater Vanessa Bauer, who she described as the “hottest” dancer.

They announced their split on Instagram with a statement that parodied Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin’s infamous “conscious uncoupling” announcement.

A representative for Alli declined to comment.
