She's been taking her mind off the drama surrounding their break-up by working out with her personal trainer Matt Fiddes .
The martial arts expert and Michael Jackson's former bodyguard has certainly been putting Megan through her paces.
They were spotted engaging in an extremely intense and unusual workout on Friday in a London park.
His moves were not quite of the normal squats and press-ups instead, Megan was seen tackling Fiddes pinning him down by sitting on top of him and artfully wrapping her legs and arms around his neck in what appeared to be self-defense moves.

The 26-year-old has been working closely with her millionaire personal trainer with the pair planning on teaming up for Matt's new business venture.
Looking stylish in a cropped black jumper by brand Ratchet, Megs teamed it with a pair of black workout leggings.
Flashing her perfectly honed abs, the reality star concentrated as Fiddes offered her instruction on certain moves, holding up her legs as she kicked and made sure she was stretching correctly.

The personal trainer didn't look fazed as Megan straddled him while keeping him in what appeared to be a chokehold.
The pair giggled and laughed, without appearing to break out in any form of sweat, during the lengthy workout session.
At one point Megan took a break to stretch out her arms, as she did her top lifted up to reveal a black patterned sports bra.

Megan has been open in the past about how much she relied on her personal trainer following her brutal split from Dancing on Ice runner-up Wes.
She showed she had developed a close bond with the PT, thanking him for being her "rock" following the break-up back in January.
"Thank you @officialmattfiddes for all your love and support throughout this tough month," she wrote.
"You have been my Rock! Training with you has really helped me stay calm and clear my mind. I honestly believe people cross paths for a reason".
