Megan Barton-Hanson says she wants to return to stripping as it was a 'confidence boost'

Love Island fan favourite Megan Barton-Hanson hasn't ruled out a return to stripping.

Megan, 25, was a dancer before her Love Island stint rocketed her to fame, having worked for three years beforehand as a PA at a law firm.

But she told in an Instagram Love session that she would definitely be keen to make a comeback.

"That's something I'd like to do actually," she revealed, "I want to get back into stripping."

A source recently added to Daily Star Online that Megan saw it as a "confidence boost" and that it "empowered her."

"Now she's one of the UK's big reality stars," they continued, "Any club would snap her up in a heartbeat but she's not got any plans right now."

Mirror Online has been to Megan's rep for comment.

Megan became a fan favourite in the Love Island villa back in 2018, coupling up with Wes Nelson.

She recently opened up about the anxiety battle she's been going through amid the coronavirus lockdown.

She shared a message that a fan had written: "Just saw Megan Barton in tescos and nearly died she is absolutely STUNNING."

This clearly gave her a confidence boost, as she penned: "This made me smile. I feel like a sack of s**t.

"I haven't washed my hair in days. I'm a little down. Things haven't worked out as planned, the world has been turned upside down!

"My anxiety gets bad when I go places and don't feel good in myself.

"I get worried people will come up to me and think I'm rude or ignorant because I'm not super happy and this loud person I was perceived to be on TV.

"But yeah, it may seem shallow but the main takeaway from this is that I probably looked miserable as f**k and like my hair needed a good wash, but a stranger has gone out of their way to say something kind on social media."
