How thrilled will you be if you have a chance to fight alongside with your favourite superheroes like Spiderman, Wolverine or Iron Man?
There will be more than 20 fictional characters from Marvel comics to interact with you at the "Marvel Experience Thailand" opening on Friday at Megabangna shopping mall.
Los Angeles-based Hero Ventures and Thailand-based Hero Experience team up to bring the interactive theme park to Thailand. The billion-baht theme park is the first Marvel-themed entertainment attraction in Southeast Asia.
The park is built in the style of a multi-dome complex covering 10,000m². The interactive theme park will let you walk into the headquarters of the Strategic Homeland Intervention Enforcement and Logistics Division, better known as S.H.I.E.L.D., where you will meet superheroes including Captain America, Black Panther, Hulk, Thor and Black Widow, as well as villains like Modok, Red Skull and Adaptoid.
Equipped with cutting-edge technology, the interactive park will make your superheroes appear not only in 2D interactive games, but also in a 360-degree, 3D stereoscopic projection and a 4D-motion ride.
You will also have a chance to be trained how to fight or to climb a building like Spiderman. The most important experience you will have is to be part of your hero's team to help complete their mission -- to fight with bad guys and save the world.
The park is expected to be a family theme park where both kids and adults can have unique joyful experiences with their admirable characters.
The Marvel Experience Thailand will also have a café and bar, a souvenir store, a 3D photo pavilion and live characters walking inside the park for you to meet and take selfies with.
The park will be open every day from 9am until midnight. Tickets are 1,500 baht for adults and 1,350 baht for children. Thai nationals will get a 100-baht discount when purchasing tickets with their ID cards.
