It’s not often that you get to see a rabbit at a baseball game.
But there was Alex, a four-and-a-half-month-old therapy bunny, in attendance at the San Francisco Giants’ 3-0 win over the Miami Marlins, just chilling in its owners’ laps and enjoying the game.
Cameras caught the bunny being pet in the stands, and the Associated Press caught up with the owners to find out the story, and it turns out “Kato and her fiancee, Row, plan to bring him to see Stephen Curry and Golden State soon enough. Fans return for the Warriors’ home game Friday night against the Nuggets.”

Bunny in the stands is believed to be a first in the 22nd-year history of Oracle Park, according to Giants spokeswoman Staci Slaughter. "Never. Crazy. … If we win tonight, she has to come back tomorrow," Slaughter says via text message.
