Meet the designer behind some of Liverpool's most beautiful venues

These days, a venue's ability to catch the eye of the Instagram-obsessed generation goes hand in hand with its popularity.

Some of Liverpool's bars, nightclubs and restaurants are a guaranteed hit thanks in part to their social media friendly backdrop, which sees customers return again and again to get more stunning pictures.

Beth Begg, 24, knows all too well about this obsession and she's responsible for the eye-catching interior of some of the city's biggest venues.

The interior designer, from Aughton, is behind the revamp of city centre nightclubs Midnight Lounge and OK, both based on Victoria Street, as well as the refurbishment of the Metquarter’s Urban Calm salon.

Ahead of the opening of her new studio and speaking to the ECHO, Beth said: "'I've been trying to make my creative mark in Liverpool, and my designs and concepts have been really well received.

"The city has always been ahead of the curve in terms of quirky designs and living spaces and it's helped me get to where I am today.

"Launching my design studio is a new chapter and I'm looking forward to working with organisations and brands in Liverpool and beyond, which want to add creative flair and leave a lasting impression."

The interior designer is also described as the driving force behind 14 Bar & Grill, the rooftop restaurant situated in Daniel House which is launching soon.

Many of you will be familiar with Beth's work, for example she is responsible for the Neon signs which read "A little party never killed nobody" and "Fishinn' for likes" - both which can be found inside Midnight Lounge on Victoria Street.

Beth completely revamped the changing areas inside Rude Liverpool too in the hope of creating a different image for the adult-club, with floral backdrops and suede couches now found inside.
