Meet the daredevil toddler who has just completed her first indoor skydive for her third birthday

Meet the adrenaline junkie toddler who completed has just completed her first indoor skydive - for her third birthday.

Violet Pedder took to the 'skies' in a wind tunnel in Trafford yesterday (Tuesday, January 4).

An amazing video shows an instructor guiding the youngster up into the machine while she is cheered on by her family.

Mum Tor Connolley, 35, said adventure-loving Violet was thrilled by the experience but became 'very dizzy'.

And, after getting off, she was so disorientated she walked straight past her dad.

Tor, from near Runcorn, Cheshire, said: "My dad, her Grandad, went with them. I would have too but I've done a real skydive so it wasn't as exciting!

"She went in twice, for one minute each time. The first time she went in, she didn't go in the air as such, she just hovered around.

"The second time they asked if she wanted to go up in the air, and she was very excited to do it.

"She must have got very dizzy though as when she got off, and her dad was there waiting for her, she just walked straight past him and off to the end of the hall.

"It was quite a spin really, I wasn't expecting her to spin the way she did and did feel a bit bad at first, but she enjoyed it!"

The activity was organised ahead of Violet's fourth birthday today (January 5).

Tor, a veterinary cardiologist's assistant, said that her whole family had the adrenaline junkie gene.

She said: "The whole experience was for her birthday, and we knew from a young age that she was a bit of an adrenaline junkie like me.

"She loves adventure and anything that's a bit dangerous.

"Obviously because of her age she's not been able to do all the big scary rides at theme parks, but if we can get away with getting on them with her if she's tall enough she loves the biggest rides.

"A lot of the time she'll go with her cousins, and she'll be the one to test out a ride first to check if it's safe!"

Tor said that the rules at Manchester surprised her and that anyone aged three and over can do the wind tunnel experience.

Though, after posting the video on Facebook, she discovered that age range can vary - with one commenter saying it's 14 in London.

The family plans to go to Disney world next year as part of a return trip to Florida after Violet was unable to go on many of the rides.

Until then, Violet wants to go to Go Ape.

Tor added: "Anything she sees that looks a bit dangerous and exciting she wants to do, literally anything she sees she asks to do."
