MEET Restaurant back to beef at its very best

MEET: Wagyu flap with seaweed butter, pickled cucumber and greens.

MEET restaurant has hit the ground running after the COVID-19 pause.

Besides their famous servings of beef and cocktails, director Luciano Cruz has placed live music on menu for Friday nights.

"Now that we are allowed to reopen for 50 people at a time we are trying to add a bit of entertainment to the mix as the community is getting out of lockdown and back going out again," he said.

Kylie Jane features this Friday, June 12, and Croq Lucero plays the venue on June 19.

The Darby Street restaurant is open Wednesday through Sunday, with takeaway still available. It is available from Wednesday, Thursday and Sundays: 5.30pm-9pm. But, the takeaway menu is available on Friday and Saturdays only from pre-orders to be served no later than 6.15pm.

While they are taking bookings, they have a late night Brazilian-influenced snacks menu for walk-in customers (Saturday noon-midnight, Sunday 5pm-10pm).

The restaurant's famous charrasco menu is back, too, and now available also for lunch on Saturday from noon to 2pm.
