All about Mamta Dalal
While Nita Ambani is much in the news, her younger sister, named Mamta Dalal, stays away from the spotlight. Born in a decently-comfortable Gujarati family to Ravindrabhai Dalal and Purnima Dalal, Mamta Dalal is four years younger to Nita Ambani. Her father, Ravindrabhai Dalal, passed away in 2014. She is often seen at the Ambanis' functions, along with her mother Purnima Dalal.
Mamta Dalal works in the field of education. She works as a teacher to primary class students at the Dhirubhai Ambani International School and is also a part of the management committee at the school. As per reports, Mamta Dalal has taught Shah Rukh Khan's daughter Suhana Khan, Sachin Tendulkar's children, among other celebrity kids. But in an interview, Mamta Dalal had shared that regardless of her teaching celebrity kids, all students are equal to her. Apart from this, she also organises workshops and camps for children.
It is noted that before getting married to Mukesh Ambani, Nita worked as a teacher. In fact, she continued to work as a teacher for a couple of years after getting married as well. As per reports, Nita Ambani and Mamta Dalal's grandfather was a professor of French and so, growing up they had a very studious atmosphere at home which in a way shaped them to become teachers in their own rights.
Nita Ambani and her sister Mamta Dalal are said to share a close bond. A few months ago, Mamta Dalal was spotted wearing Nita Ambani's Gucci co-ord set at Isha Ambani's twin's birthday celebrations.
