"Good value" and demand for limited stock is driving interest in a luxurious Swansea Heads property, according to Belle Property Charlestown's Neil Fry. He is marketing the Mediterranean-inspired, waterfront reserve property at 22 Lambton Parade with a guide of $1.85 million to $1.95 million.
It is believed to be the first property in Lambton Parade that has been listed for sale in over six years.
The home has six bedrooms, three bathrooms, two kitchens and multiple living spaces with both levels fully self-contained.
It overlooks Salts Bay and features a rooftop terrace that offers sweeping panoramas over a series of bays, Swansea Channel, across Lake Macquarie to the Watagan mountains and up the northern coastline.
"It's got fairly broad appeal," Mr Fry said. "It was built as a holiday home for a fairly large family, so it has two self-contained levels. The views are quite extraordinary and it's waterfront reserve with very easy access down to the water."
He said early interest was coming out of Sydney, the Central Coast and Newcastle.
"It still represents very good value compared to the high-profile places on the Central Coast and Nelson Bay. If they're realistic and they're marketed well, there is still a good demand for properties like this."
