People in Liverpool are hoping for a summer to remember after Boris Johnson announced his roadmap out of lockdown.
The Prime Minister last week said he's hoping the government will be able to remove all legal limits on social contact by June 21.
This is the date that, provisionally, nightclubs will be allowed to reopen and larger events can take place once more.
Following the news, it was announced that Liverpool's famous student night Medication is returning to “celebrate the end of the pandemic”.
The event is scheduled to take place at Electrik Warehouse on Wood Street, on Friday, June 25, from 10pm to 4am.
The night is for over 18s only and standard admission tickets can be purchased for £5.50 here.

Tickets for the event are being sold on Skiddle, where a notice about the event says: "After nearly a year Medication, Liverpool's most famous student night returns to Electrik Warehouse and we're going to put on the biggest party in the city to celebrate the end of the pandemic!
"Four rooms of music ( House / R'n'B and Hip Hop / Pop and Chart / Indie ) with all your favourite Med DJs and all the usual Med magic...it could be one of the best Medications of all time!

The event will have ‘Covid secure’ measures in place, including individual seating and standing areas, one way systems, Track & Trace entry, hand gels and contactless entry and payments methods.
