An office building close to MediaCityUK has been sold in an off-market deal by Evaluate Chartered Surveyors and Valuers.
The building, known as Stage 2C on Broadway in Salford Quays, was sold in an off-market deal.
Manchester-based Evaluate acted on behalf of the anonymous landlord of the modern office building which is 3,251 sq ft in size over two floors to be used by a specialist medical clinic.
Built in 1992, it was previously occupied as a call centre.

While much smaller, the building is close to Exchange Quay and The Anchorage office campuses, built around the same period, the latter of which was developed and, until recently, occupied by Muse Developments.
The buyer of the building represented themselves.
