Media treat contempt law with contempt

Media coverage following the arrest of Christopher Jefferies for questioning over the murder of Joanna Yeates illustrates that editors now treat the contempt of court act with contempt.

One central problem for lawyers trying to prove that coverage is harmful is the subjective test for deciding what will prejudice a fair trial.
