John Plunkett is joined by one of the funniest and most influential writers and producers on television, Armando Iannucci.
His latest series of The Thick Of It has just begun on BBC2 and he's about to start on the second series of Veep in the US. He's also working on the film version of Alan Partridge with Steve Coogan, with whom he worked on I'm Alan Partridge, The Day Today and its radio predecessor, On The Hour.
Iannucci delivered the annual Bafta lecture in London this week, a rallying cry for UK television to fight back against the forces of oppression, and take on the world.
