Matt Wells is in New York this week, so John Plunkett's in the hot seat for this edition of Media Talk. Still, your erstwhile host had time to speak to Dan Sabbagh to do some number crunching about the first set of figures for the Times paywall, and find out the next steps now that News Corporation has begun proceedings for a full takeover of BSkyB.
