MUMBAI: In a defamation case filed against arrested Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut, the complainant, Medha Kirit Somaiya, has sought his production before the magistrate's court in connection with her case. The court will hear the plea on August 18.
The plea submitted by Somaiya's advocate Vivekanand Gupta said the defamation case was kept for framing of charges where Raut has to remain present.
