The 31-year-old was joined by friends including Laura Gregory, partner of local mixed martial arts star Paddy Pimblett.
The group celebrated by spending the night singing and dancing at No 9 Bar and Kitchen in Walton, owned by her friend Allan Bresnahan.
The only interruption came when Sky Sports arrived to interview the fighter about her new contract.

On Friday the mixed martial arts fighter confirmed her new deal, posting a message on social media which read: "Today we sign a new four fight deal with the @ufc I would like to thank @intensitifm @nextgenmmalpool @mickmaynard2 and all who secured the deal.
"I’ll be back out early next year the hands ready to rock & roll. For any potential sponsors who want to get involved please message."
