Mea culpa... and a note to editors

From today it will be easier to get in touch with me. The people have spoken, and I've listened. Commenters were frustrated at being unable to append their thoughts to my blogs from the International Press Institute world congress in Edinburgh. That's been corrected now. So, if the spirit still moves, go for it. One other point: some regional editors have clearly not grasped the point about my desire to publicise their campaigns and scoops because they've sent me reminiscences of past successes. I want the latest, the up-to-date, the happening, NOT all-our-yesterdays. Come on chaps and chapesses, keep up! Meanwhile, if you want to raise anything else about this new site, here's your chance.
