MacRoberts names two new partners in Edinburgh and Glasgow

Commercial law firm MacRoberts has promoted two new partners in its banking and pensions teams.

Glasgow-based James Keith started his legal career as a trainee with MacRoberts in 2003 and remained at the firm after qualifying in 2005. The University of Strathclyde graduate has experience of advising on all aspects of pensions law and employee ownership law to trustees, companies, public sector and third sector organisations. He is also a director of MacRoberts Trustees Limited, the firm's independent trustee company.

Lisa Maguire, who practises out of the firm's Edinburgh office, has acted for lenders and borrowers in a variety of financing transactional work with experience of complex transactions across a range of sectors, with particular focus on corporate banking and acquisition finance. Also a University of Strathclyde graduate, she joined MacRoberts from the former Tods Murray firm in 2012.
