A McDonald's customer caught an employee giving him the middle finger on camera and says it's because he refused to go round the drive-thru four times to place his order.
Matthew Williams and three friends went to a branch in Pembrokeshire in the car after a day of filming for his YouTube channel, having not eaten for nine hours. The 50-year-old wanted to order four Big Macs and each pay on their cards separately. They were told they couldn't and instructed to drive back round the drive-thru another three times to make individual orders.
After spending 10 minutes asking staff to let him place four separate orders through the speaker, Matthew drove around to the main window to try to discuss the issue face to face at which point footage appears to show a staff member giving him the middle finger.
The computer engineer, who confesses that he loves McDonald's and visits at least twice per week, has since shared it to his YouTube channel. McDonald's said it's investigating.

Matthew said: "It was about midnight and we were going to eat there. There was nothing else open and we wanted warm food. We'd been out all day and hadn't eaten for nine hours. I go to McDonald's a lot and I expect a high standard, it's good value so I'm a big customer there.
"We got there and there was no one at the drive thru. There were four of us and none of us had cash so I asked for multiple orders and they said they weren't able to do that. We were paying with card and it was an easier way to do things. I asked if they wanted me to reverse back and drive forward again and they said it would mess up their system.
"I asked if I could drive round three more times and they said yes. I asked if they realised how silly that was. What if someone else came and I had to queue again? It would be ages before I got my food. The store was shut for walk ins so the drive thru was our only option.
"We spent about ten minutes there before we eventually left and as I was driving out, I looked in and one of the girls flipped me the bird. I was amazed. Are these people completely rogue to normal McDonald's protocol? Have they been trained in customer etiquette or are they a law unto themselves? I couldn't believe it."
Matthew said: "I said I was going to film this and got my phone out. He said he didn't give me permission to film but I explained that it was just to show headquarters. He walked away and I was sat for another five minutes. Another person came by and I asked her what the heck was going on.
"She said because of the way I was treating their staff, they weren't going to serve me like I was the problem. After that, I decided I didn't want to eat from there, I didn't trust them anymore in case they did something to my food. I didn't waste any more time and that's when she flipped me the bird."
Matthew said he and his friends went to another McDonald's where they were able to make multiple orders and pay for their meals separately. He's since reported the incident to McDonald's.
Matthew said: "I went to another McDonald's and they let me make four orders. I told the guy who served me that he was amazing. I couldn't believe the rubbish we'd just had to deal with. I reported it to McDonald's and they said its up to individual Mcdonald's to make their rules.
"I love McDonald's. I'm in there twice a week and that is very unusual behaviour but I believe in the power of reporting these things so hopefully they don't happen to anyone else."
A McDonald's spokesperson confirmed that particular restaurant "has not been accepting multiple separate orders at the drive thru" and added: "Anti-social behaviour from anybody at our restaurants is unacceptable and we are currently investigating this incident."
