McDonald's is bringing a brand-new McFlurry to their menu next week, landing across the UK and Ireland just in time for summer. Following on from months and months of speculation, the fast-food franchise has today confirmed that UK fans can snap up Lotus Biscoff McFlurries as of next week.
The limited-edition ice cream launches across the UK as of next Wednesday (June 21) - in unison with the predicted scorching hot temperatures which summer 2023 will bring with it.
Maccies describes the treat as: "The deeply caramelized tasting biscuit is swirled onto the soft serve McFlurry ice cream giving it that extra crunch."

And the newest flavour of McFlurry has long been on the wish list for new launches from McDonald’s as fans took to Twitter to share their hopes. One expectant user said: “Lotus Biscoff McFlurry needs to make an appearance in the UK," while another, added: "A Lotus Biscoff McFlurry in the Zagreb McDonald’s last night @McDonaldsuk pleaseeeeeeeee at this to the menu in the UK."
And after the revelation of the new menu addition, social media users once more wasted no time in expressing their joy. One took to Twitter, writing: "Omg," while another, added: "This looks absolutely tremendous! Biscoff McFlurry, I’m all over that."
A third, went on: "That Biscoff McFlurry is gonna hit different," while a fourth, said: "Mcds is bringing out biscoff Mcflurry. Big W."
And ahead of the grand launch, McDonald's is hosting a taster lunch break where McFlurry fans will be able to grab a brand-new Biscoff ice cream early. Come Friday (June 16), Maccies fans can head to Queen's Stone in London between 11.30am and 2.00pm to try out the new addition early.
