McDonald's branches across the country have run out of chicken selects thanks to a nationwide shortage.
Maccies fans have spotted signs saying none are available in some branches.
A McDonald's spokesman told GlasgowLive: "We are working incredibly hard to get this popular menu item back on sale in our restaurants.
"We know some customers will be disappointed to hear this news, and we would like to apologise for the short term inconvenience.”
Former Love Island star Tyne-Lexy Clarson tweeted a picture of a sign which reads: "Sorry, Chicken Selects and Big Flavour Wraps are currently unavailable due to a nationwide shortage."
McDonald's Chicken Deluxe Burger is due to be taken off the menu on Tuesday.
McDonald's said their Chicken Selects are "incredibly popular" which means they may have to offer a reduced menu until its branches are restocked, reports GlasgowLive.
