The newly opened two-storey restaurant will employ more than 80 staff in total and will boast all of McDonald’s latest innovations, making it fantastic place for customers and staff alike.

Construction work on the two-storey restaurant started last autumn and the new restaurant is starting to take shape.

Digital features including self-order kiosks, table service, and the ‘click and collect’ service via the My McDonald’s app will all be available at the restaurant which will be open 24-hours a day.

Nigel added: “What’s more, the new digital kiosks and table service have been designed to make our customers’ experience as positive as possible and we hope to see a fantastic response to these features.

"We are very excited to open our doors to customers next month and we look forward to seeing customers and staff embracing the new features in this busy part of the town."

Nigel and his team are currently recruiting for the restaurant in partnership with Job Centre Plus. To find out how you can become part of the team visit: https://people.mcdonalds.co.uk/job-search
