McDonald's restaurant in Clumber Street has closed 'due to electrical issues'

A McDonald's restaurant in Nottingham city centre has been closed "due to electrical issues".

Staff have blocked off the entrance to the restaurant in Clumber Street, one of the busiest shopping streets in Europe, with cones advising customers that it has closed.

The restaurant was closed in the early afternoon of Friday, September 6.

The notice reads: "Sorry, we are closed due to electrical issues."

Nottinghamshire Live has contacted McDonald's for more information on the closure. There is no indication of when the restaurant will re-open.
