McDonald's menu items are now cheaper than ever before.
This is due to the government announcing it would be slashing VAT.
It means McDonald's has dropped VAT from 20 per cent to five, with fries, McNuggets, Big Macs and more now all costing less.
20 shareboxes of chicken nuggets cost less than £2.40, while cheeseburgers are 49p. Mozzarella dippers and medium milkshakes cost less than a quid, reports Manchester Evening News.
