McDonald's launches table service at restaurants across the UK and this is how to do it

We all know the struggle of standing in a huge McDonald’s queue when you’re in dire need of a Big Mac.

And even then you have to push through the crowd to get to your collection point.

But McDonald’s is making it somewhat easier to get your meal by introducing table service.

To enjoy the service all you have to do is request table service when you order at the counter, or click the ‘eat in’ option when your order via a screen.

The new service is available in McDonald’s across the UK and is fairly simple to use.

Depending on which restaurant you’ll be able to choose where you’d like to sit - just take a tent card so staff can spot you - or you’ll be asked to sit in a specific table service zone.

If you’ve ordered via the McDonald’s app, make sure to check in by scanning the QR codes placed on the walls so that staff know you’ve arrived.

Table service is still being rolled out across all restaurants, so if you have any questions simply stop a member of staff to ask.

In January 2020, McDonald’s is set to release a vegan menu for the first time ever, including veggie dippers, a vegan Extra Value Meal and vegan Happy Meals.
