McDonald's is scrapping two menu classics and people are raging

Summer's on its way which means it's the perfect time for a McFlurry, right?

WRONG.

We don't know how to tell you this but McDonald's are taking two of their much-loved dessert flavours off the menu...for good.

The fast food restaurant announced on Twitter that they were bringing back Smarties, Oreo and Malteaser McFlurries - however it's at the expense of a couple of our favourites.

If you're a fan of Dairy Milk or Crunchie McFlurries make sure you order one next time you go into one of their restaurants as they will be disappearing later this month to make way for the newbies.

It's safe to say that people didn't handle the news well and took to Twitter to voice their outrage.

McDonald's announced the changed on Twitter this afternoon.

They posted a poll with the caption: "Our Core McFlurry line-up is changing on 26th June! Which flavour are you most excited about?"
