Christmas has officially ruined our body clock, so for everyone in need of a little pick me up this morning... McDonald's has just the thing for it: free hot drinks.
Worth up to £1.79 (if you opt for the cappuccino), the deal is available to everyone that downloads the McDonald's app.
Once you've downloaded the app, head to the deals section of the app, where the free regular hot drink offer should appear.
The freebie is available up until the end of January 2020 (31st), and you can redeem it by doing a mobile order or showing the code to a cashier - for example at the drive thru.
Speaking to LatestDeals.co.uk, where the deal was originally posted, Emma said, "I saw this on my phone yesterday. It's great because there's a McDonald's on my way to the supermarket, so I stopped by and got a free cappuccino. Perfect start to 2020!"
Other freebie hunters confirmed they too had the voucher. A member who goes by the username sammymatthew81 wrote, "Got my free toffee latte yum yum thank you."
However, while the majority of people are seeing the offer appear in their app, others have been left disappointed. Other bargain hunters wrote, "I have used the app for a while now but no free drink."
But it's not all bad news, as while some people can't see the free coffee, they are being offered a free cheeseburger instead, so it's well worth checking your own app to see if anything has appeared - or perhaps try creating a new account and seeing if that results in a freebie...
The deal comes off the back of another McDonald's hot drink freebie: It recently announced an improvement to its reward scheme, where previously you had to buy seven hot drinks to get one free, now you only need to buy five.
