McDonald's introduces brand new breakfast option in menu shake up

Last week McDonald's announced it was adding the Triple Cheeseburger to menus.

The fast-food chain has been running a reduced menu throughout the coronavirus pandemic so the brand new burger delighted fans of the restaurant.

The Triple Cheeseburger lands today, September 2, but will be joined by three other menu items, including a brand new breakfast option and two returning favourites across 89 branches in Wales.

As of 5am this morning, McDonald’s will be adding the Jam Muffin to the family.

The lighter breakfast bite will be available for 99p.

The toasted muffin with jam has been on sale in Ireland for a number of years and will now be coming to the UK.

Also returning to the menu are promotional McFlurry flavours – in both regular and mini sizes.

Customers can enjoy the Cadbury Dairy Milk and Cadbury Caramel, which were last on the McDonald's menu in April 2019.

A Mini McFlurry will be priced at 99p with regular size priced at £1.39.
