McDonald's Happy Meal trick shared by Mrs Hinch 'blows parents minds'

Cleaning guru, Mrs Hinch, has shared a McDonald's hack that she says changed her life 'forever'. While the mum of two admitted being 'late to the party' when it came to realising the neat trick, she said she wanted to highlight it to other parents.

Sophie Hinchcliffe, who is know to her Instagram army of followers as Mrs Hinch, exclaimed "WHHHAATTT!" as she began her post explaining her discovery on social media. And after demonstrating the hack just a day ago, she has received a huge reaction from followers, prompting her to add: "Omggg yaaaay I’m not alone why haven’t I done this before now".

The 'skill', which was reported by the Mirror, shows Mrs H at home with a Happy Meal. She writes: "Yep, I was today years old when I realised that you could do this", she said as she showed herself pulling the tag situated in the middle of a Happy Meal box from McDonald's.

As she demonstrates pulling the tab around the middle of the box, surprisingly for some, it peels the top section of the box off to leave the bottom section which creates a handy plate. She then places the chips and burger she has purchased on the 'plate' meaning no more putting things onto a napkin for your kids.

Sophie asked: "What have I been doing all my life? I have no idea but I promise you now this has changed my life forever."

She captioned the video: "WHHHAATTT! Please tell me I'm not alone here? Did anyone else not know this? Why am I always late to the party?!" She then encouraged her followers to: "Use this audio and share a hack you've discovered!"

In the comments, other people were amazed by the trick. One mum joked: "Wow. Wilby's staple diet and I did not know that. He will be well impressed when I pull that one out of the bag later", and another added: "Seriously, this should be in the curriculum..."

Someone else wrote: "Ah Soph it’s a game changer! Love turning it into a little plate!" Another said: "My mind has been blown by this!! Wtf! I live under a rock or else I'm just old!"

"WHAT", someone said, whilst others questioned how she didn't know this trick. One commented: "I thought everyone knew this! ". Another added: "Yes I knew this but only because my kids showed me. Felt very silly when they showed me x" . Someone else said: "Yea I knew, my son wears the other bit as a hat."
