Merry Crouchmas everyone!
McDonald’s has announced the release of its festive audiobook, ‘The Christmas Adventures of Archie’, which is voiced by none other than Premier League legend Peter Crouch.
The festive storybook features the retired 6'7 footballer, alongside the star of this year’s Christmas advert, Archie the Reindeer, as he helps his woodland friends write their Christmas lists for Santa.
It sees Crouchie put on different voices for ‘Willow the badger’, ‘Nigel the squirrel’ and ‘Robyn the robin’.
‘The Christmas Adventures of Archie’ is available now for all to download for free in either audiobook or e-book format at the Reindeer Ready Hub.
Archie fans can also order one of 500,000 printed copies of the book through the hub whilst stocks last.
McDonald’s provided families access to children’s books and so far has distributed more than 70 million books over six years as part of its Happy Readers campaign.
