In the survey by website Zuto, McDonald's in Dear Green Place topped the list as the UK’s worst.
Combining this with the data from Trip Advisor and Google Reviews, Zuto found that McDonald's drive thrus in Glasgow had the lowest score from customer reviews.
Belfast was identified second-worst, followed by Birmingham and Manchester.
Glasgow currently has a whopping 19 McDonald's drive-thrus across the city.
One of the most poorly rated in the city was the McDonald's at Glasgow North retail park.
The location has an average 2.25 stars out of 5 and over 905 reviews.
One commenter wrote: “Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Constantly getting your order wrong, and that's after you've waited 15 minutes for it. How can you possibly get two large chips and a cheeseburger order wrong?”
