McDonald's delivery is available across the UK thanks to Just Eat

McDonald's is now available to order on Just Eat meaning fans can enjoy their favourite items without leaving the house.

And while, McDelivery first launched back in 2017 there are still parts of Liverpool and Merseyside which cannot benefit from the service.

However, today it was announced Just Eat will partner nationwide with McDonald's in the UK and Ireland to offer McDelivery, reports BirminghamLive.

Just Eat delivers to the majority of Merseyside, meaning customers who previously missed out will soon find themselves able to order a Big Mac, Fries, McFlurry and more.

The partnership follows the successful roll-out of Just Eat's delivery capability in the UK with broad geographic coverage being an essential prerequisite to partnership.

Peter Duffy, Just Eat’s interim CEO, said: "We are delighted to announce that we have agreed to partner in the UK and Ireland with McDonald’s.

"This partnership, along with our recently announced relationship with Greggs, will require significant investment but will accelerate our growth ambitions and enhance our market position by offering our customers the widest choice available."
