McDonald's confirms details of coronavirus rules for Scottish restaurants

McDonald’s has updated its rules for Scots restaurants to reflect on the country’s new coronavirus alert system.

The fast food giant has released four sets of regulations that customers must abide by when visiting branches in level one to four areas.

Rules vary at restaurants across Scotland depending on the level of restrictions enforced in the local area.

Table service is available for Scots sitting in restaurants in levels one, two and three areas.

Customers can take their mask off if they are eating or drinking inside restaurants where dine in services are allowed.
