McDonald's breakfast time extended: You can now get your hash browns a little later after hours change

McDonald's is to give hungry Brits an extra half an hour to get their McMuffins, bagels and hash browns every morning.

The fast food chain has announced that it will extend breakfast hours to finish at 11am instead of 10.30am across the country, starting next Wednesday.

For customers using services like Uber Eats, they will have the order deadline pushed back from 10.15am to 10.45am.

It comes following a trial of the scheme at select outlets earlier this year.

However it means that the regular day menu will not be available until breakfast finishes.

Michelle Graham-Clare, vice president food and marketing at McDonald’s UK and Ireland, said: “We all understand the pain of missing out on a McMuffin by a matter of minutes.

“We have listened to our customers’ pleas and are delighted to extend breakfast serving time until 11am.”
