McDonald's are looking to open another restaurant in this Leeds city centre location

Plans have been submitted to Leeds City Council to open a new McDonald's restaurant in the city centre.

McDonald's already have three sites in the city centre - one on Briggate, and others at the St John's Centre and at the train station.

The submitted plans suggest that the new restaurant would be based at 34-35 Bond Street, in the space currently occupied by Wok to Walk.

Bond Street is the pedestrianised street just off Park Row and Albion Place, and the store would be based opposite the large Boots store at Trinity Leeds.

At this stage there is no indication on how soon the restaurant could open if the plans do go ahead.

LeedsLive have contacted McDonald's for a comment on the submitted plans.
