January is known for its veganism and health kicks, but if there's anything that could tempt us to get back on the fast food... it's a free McMuffin.
Clearly intent on ruining everyone's New Year, New Me resolutions, McDonald's has launched a January advent calendar, in which they'll be handing out freebies and discounts every single day of January.
It all kicks off tomorrow (Saturday 4 January), with the fast food chain selling Big Macs for just 99p - a £2.40 discount.
But it gets even better on Sunday (5 January), when you'll be able to bag a completely free breakfast McMuffin. And considering McDonald's now serve breakfast until 11am, you'll have an extra half an hour in bed before you need to leg it to your nearest restaurant to get yours.
On Monday, you can get back to the health kick, with the brand's new vegan accredited Veggie Dippers being the bargain dish of the day, costing just 99p (usually £3.29), or you can pick a Vegetable Deluxe instead, which will also be 99p.
The offers will be made available to everyone that downloads the free McDonald's app, with a new deal launching every day in January.

The daily deals are exclusively available through the My McDonald’s App, which also enables our customers to beat the queue, enjoy table service, customise orders and remember their favourite orders.”
